Yesterday's warm weather also gave Calvin a chance to try out his new shoes! This was his first time wearing a pair of sandals. I wondered if the different between having toes open to the elements would throw him off compared to his experience with Robeez, Skechers and Eccos thus far. But he zoomed along per usual.

That gives me cause for optimism, as I believe I have about a three-day symptom lag behind Calvin. He looks cute even with a runny nose; I on the other hand, do not. Add to that the fact that my throat is sore *and* that I have completely lost my voice... well, I look forward to soon being restored to better health, just as the little person who kindly shared his germs has been.
