(FYI, no, this is not where our little plot of land is, although it too has a spectacular sea view.)

On Tuesday, Disney's ABC will launch its new video website-cum-TV-programme-cum-multi-platform distribution mechanism called, iCaught. It promises to be the next integrated step in the multimedia revolution, as well as providing a self-referential look at the phenomenon of... well... the multimedia phenomenon.
One month, two adults, one four-month-old, 39 hours of flying, 11 places of accommodation... it's the South African 'safari.' That would be 'safari' in both sense of the word -- journey and game viewing as there were lots of miles and lots of creatures involved.

One of the highlights of our trip was a stay at Amakhala game reserve in the Eastern Cape. Calvin got to go on his very first game drive and was certainly very lucky in seeing some of Africa's Big 5. That is, had he not been asleep for part of it!
As we start to relate some of the highlights of our trip to South Africa, we'll start with the statistics. I'm sure you'll agree that with this much under his belly button, our little Calvin has earned his frequent flier miles. (Here you see him relaxing with dad on his first flight ever!)
