Thankfully I got to have a massage this evening, because two hours this morning were spent on hyperkinetic activity to ‘erect’ ‘Snowplex,’ our second snow fort attempt this week. Muse = Calvin. Builder = me. Engineer = Jay. The primary works were constructed by C and I, including creating the snow mountain and hollowing much of it out. (Quite a shoulder and arm exercise!)
This time we could both easily fit into it, so it would probably fit more people who were Calvin sized. Reports as of this evening are that it’s still standing. It would have been better if we’d doused it with water to freeze and further strengthen overnight. Maybe snow fort three…
